PAM M. GOSSETT

Pam began her insurance career with the U.S. Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company in 1970 as a claim representative. She then joined Thomas E. Wood, Inc. in May 1972 where she was an Assistant Vice President and Claim Manager for the largest independent insurance agency in Cincinnati for nearly 30 years.

While with Thomas E. Wood, Inc., as a member of the management team, she and her staff of 6 employees handled claim activities for the top 100 accounts, developed customer service standards for the agency, served as an coverage consultant, resolved coverage disputes between the client and insurer, and instructed in house seminars on pending legal topics.

In 2002 Pam joined Insurance Claims Facilitators a newly established company owned by Thomas J. Klinedinst, Jr. prior President and CEO of Thomas E. Wood, Inc. ICF was merged with the Louis A. Hellming Company, an Insurance Consulting and Risk Management firm. There she specialized in full risk management of primary and secondary school districts, universities, public entities, municipalities, and manufacturers.

Pam became a Consultant with Malecki Deimling Nielander and Associates, LLC in January 2006 when they began handling the Louis A. Hellming Company clients. She has continued her risk management activities and added new clients.

Miss Gossett is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Ohio. She is also a Certified School Risk Manager. Professional affiliations include the Risk Education Society, Cincinnati Claim Association, and Cincinnati Insurance Board.
